Electrical Fire

Incident # 08-0017
Date: 01-25-08
Location: Round Top Road, Hempfield Township

ACVFD responded to the above location for a working electrical fire. First unit on scene reported a working fire on the porch. Crews efforts to extinguish the fire were hampered by the electric service still having power and arching from the porch. Crews monitored the structure inside and out for fire extension while waiting for the power company to shutdown the line.
