To go above and beyond in the effort to educate the public on the importance of fire safety and fire prevention.  To take any and all steps necessary to prevent the loss of life and property for our fellow man kind.  Through education and services eliminate fire deaths and injury in the communities we serve and protect.

The importance of fire prevention and safety in the community is a goal every fire department must strive to promote.  Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department started their “No Limit” fire prevention campaign in September 2004.  This campaign is a continuously developing program that emphasizes the importance of fire prevention and safety.  With help of committed volunteer firefighters, one attention getting mascot, an audio visual department, and grants from the Department of Homeland Security the Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department has been able to catch the attention of children and adults at every event we attend.  The “NO LIMIT” Program was completely designed by the Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department fire prevention officers and instituted by the Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department fire fighters.  The year 2004 was the biggest year for advancement in our fire prevention program, and we developed a more extensive program for 2005.

Now with 2006 upon us we are still making advancements in our fire prevention program.  Already this year we have added education for assisted living facility staff and are applying for a federal grant to purchase a Fire Prevention/Safety/Sprinkler trailer.  We our updating our website to include more information and links to other fire prevention sites.

With the ongoing commitment of the Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department our goal to educate the public on the importance of fire prevention and safety will be successful.
